4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Growtzy does not charge for receiving messages; however, your wireless provider may charge standard messaging or data fees.
Growtzy is not responsible for any charges billed by your wireless provider.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
replying STOP to any message
making a verbal opt-out request during a call
contacting us directly
After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

11. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Growtzy.
